Grizzly Cycles Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Grizzly Cycles, we want to ensure you find the right parts, clothing, and accessories. If you have questions about fitment or need assistance selecting the perfect item, feel free to reach out to our knowledgeable staff, who are eager to help.
Return Policy:
- Final Sales: All bike sales and special orders are final and non-refundable.
- Shipping Damage: The consumer assumes all risk and responsibility for shipping damages that may occur with the sale of a complete bicycle.
- Parts Returns: We accept returns for bike parts within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if items are in their original packaging, with all materials and tags attached.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in the same shipping materials used for delivery. Do not use the manufacturer's box with shipping labels or writing on it. If an item has been installed or used, or if the packaging is missing original materials or has been damaged, a restocking fee will apply, as we cannot resell the item as new.
- Shipping Costs: Consumers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned product is received by Grizzly Cycles.
Special Instructions for Specific Items:
- Clothing, Gloves, Pads, etc.: Try on clothing at home and keep the tags on until you’re certain you want to keep them.
- Mounting Hardware & Dropper Posts: If unsure about fit, please contact us for assistance. Mounted items may incur a restocking fee.
- Coil Springs: If installed on a shock, returns may not be accepted, and a restocking fee may apply. For help selecting the right coil, please consult our video guide or contact us.
Exchanges:
We can exchange items only for the same style in a different color or size. For different items, please place a new order and use the return form to request a refund for the original item.
Restocking Fee:
Items that have been mounted, even if not ridden, may be subject to a restocking fee due to visible signs of use.

Shipping Policy:
We strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 3 PM PST will ship the same day, while others will typically ship within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Cutoff: Our shipping cutoff is 3 PM PST, as carriers typically pick up packages at that time.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over $99. However, it does not apply to oversized items such as complete bikes, frames, and wheels. This offer is only valid for shipping within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
- Shipping Carrier: For free shipping, we will choose the carrier that can deliver your order within 2-6 business days. If you have specific shipping instructions, please contact us before placing your order.
- Custom Orders: Orders requiring service department attention (e.g., custom travel changes, handlebar cutting, custom wheel builds) may take longer to ship. Please call us for current timelines if you're concerned about delivery timing.
- Complete Bike Shipping: Complete bikes require assembly and repackaging to ensure they are in good working order when shipped. We ship all complete bikes via Bikeflights.com, and additional insurance can be arranged upon request.
- Special Orders: Some parts and bikes may be special-ordered or drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, we will notify you immediately of any delays.
