Group Ride Disclaimer

 Release of Liability and Assumption of RiskGrizzly Cycles Bike Group Rides By participating in the group bike rides organized by Grizzly Cycles, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that biking, especially in a group setting, involves inherent risks that can lead to serious injury or death. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions with other participants, obstacles, wildlife, and weather conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these group rides.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Grizzly Cycles, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "the Releasees") for any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, or losses caused by, or arising from, my participation in the group rides, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

3. Health and Fitness: I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the group mountain bike rides and that I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I understand that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice if I have any concerns regarding my health conditions.

4. Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all safety instructions, group ride rules, and guidelines as provided by the ride leaders of Grizzly Cycles. Failure to adhere to said rules may result in my removal from future rides.

5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may occur as a result of my participation in the group ride. By joining a group ride with Grizzly Cycles, I acknowledge that I have read this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by its provisions. I understand that I am waiving valuable legal rights.
